I watch that 2011 Dark Horses video probably every 6 months or so. Epic every time.

Everyone knows that good baseball music died at Little Bighorn. What this playlist presupposes is, maybe it didn't?

Both these playlists have a song that was in Bob Dylan's baseball episode of Theme Time Radio Hour.

Seriously? I try to bring a little joy into our little red corner of the twitterverse and a playlist with songs about the Mets, Yankees, Cubs and New Jersey is beating one that is a solid Cardinals tribute across the board?

Our GRB Founding Fathers would be turning over in their graves (well, that is if they weren’t still alive…)

Yeah but "Cubs in Five" is about how the Cubs never win the World Series, so that one should have local appeal. It's like in Angels in the Outfield when Joseph Gordon-Levitt asks his dad when they can be a family again and his dad tells him "when the Angels win the pennant" as a euphemism for "never".

Point taken, though it is kind of a weird little song. I prefer Billy Bob’s reference to the Cubs.
