The French Dispatch looks like another gem from Wes Anderson.

They've also started rolling their "previews" directly into the show if you don't back out, which is, conveniently enough, about 2 minutes.
this can be turned off now and it's made my life exponentially better.

You have to actually log in via your computer and change it in the settings though.

Watched "The Invisible" last night. It's kind of like "Just Like Heaven", except it's a thriller set in high school and not really about two people falling in love.

Occasionally, I like to take chances on movies I've never heard of, but sound like they might be interesting. Usually, these movies don't have big-name actors/actresses. This one had Marcia Gay Harden, Alex O'Loughlin and Chris Marquette as the most recognizable names. Most of the time, I end up watching an average (at best) movie. This was one of those times.

The soundtrack was good, though.

I watched Ad Astra and I’m torn on whether or not I liked it. I was definitely expecting something different but I think I liked what I saw.

The major issue I had that almost ruined the entire movie for me was towards the end. You REALLY have to suspend belief.

Am I to believe that a debris shield is going to protect someone as he speeds thru the dense asteroid ring of Neptune? I get you have to suspend belief for these movies at times but MAN that was silly
