i watched that norm movie "dirty work" (it's free on YT). as much as i always liked norm even when it came out i thought it looked bad. it wasn't great but had some funny jokes now and again...and i could see why some people really like it...good for like, 12 year olds
Yeah. I remember laughing at that when I was about 14 years old.
I need to watch it again. It's probably still right in my wheel house and I'm 42.

Same here.

I still like Norm, but nowadays he can wear out his welcome after about 30-45 minutes.

I've always really liked Shia LaBeouf as an actor. I'm glad he's come back to us, at least seemingly. His path to functional human from the common low places of former child star is documented in Honey Boy, which is really interesting, and I thought, good. It's streaming on Prime.

Peanut Butter Falcon is pretty good too. (Thrill jumped my edit)

I really liked Peanut Butter Falcon, his other recent indie.

I have to admit that while I fell asleep watching Dirty Work last night (I put it on knowing I would), I still laughed too much at it all these years later. Some of it doesn't hold up great but I still enjoy the movie.

Maybe this should go in the Secrets thread....

I watched The Way Back with Ben Affleck and it exceeded expectations.

I was however slightly disappointed to find that it wasn't based on a true as that kinda took some wind out of the sails, but overall worth a watch in a time where content is lacking.

I'm tempted to hate watch "the wrong missy" this weekend. a netflix/happy madison/david spade movie if you hadn't heard. it looks awful.
