There is a setting on your user profile that allows you to enable or disable word censoring. User profile>Board preferences>Edit display options

I just disabled mine to check; and it is now showing all the adult language that I am not supposed to see.

is that new?

I never noticed it before...but I never looked for it before.

Might have something to do with the different board styles that were added after the update earlier this year.

This is interesting. Hadn't heard of this book:

http://variety.com/2017/tv/news/jordan- ... 202429550/
Jordan Peele will executive produce the new series “Lovecraft Country,” which has been ordered straight-to-series at HBO, Variety has confirmed.

Based on the book of the same name by Matt Ruff, the anthology horror series follows 25-year-old Atticus Black, who joins up with his friend Letitia and his Uncle George to embark on a road trip across 1950s Jim Crow America to find his missing father. They must survive and overcome both the racist terrors of white America and the malevolent spirits that could be ripped from a Lovecraft paperback.
Especially interesting given Lovecraft's racism.
This is premiering next week. Can’t remember if anyone posted the trailer from a few months back but its pretty great in it’s own right.

Not sure why but the tags don’t seem to be working

I could swear I’d done it without before, but I guess not. Thanks.

I loved the HBO Perry Mason series. It was riveting, beautiful, a little timely - and back to "beautiful" - the period work, the cars, the clothes, the churches, the courtrooms. I absolutely loved it.

And now I am out of shows.

Really want to watch that one and I’ve been meaning to. Heard great things about it.

I haven't been back long enough to start this thread, but I think it is one in the making: Shows I think I would like and it hasn't worked out

Like The Americans. I am supposed to like that. Or Homeland. I SHOULD LIKE THAT. But it just hasn't taken. I should try again I guess.

Especially now. I do not have a show and I need one bad.
