Calling about extended warranties that you don't have.
What's up with that?

ive definitely noticed an increase in spam calls to my cell. i consider myself pretty private when it comes to giving out number (at least, what i can control). ive been getting "harassed' by this "lexington law"...must be some company that like, scrubs the internet of bad info or bad credit issues, etc...but ive never used them. never heard of them until they spammed me. they change their phone numbers and have even used kansas area codes that i would be familiar with, if i hadn't moved, etc.

These calls have increased for everyone I think. I love the car warranty ones. It's always my last chance to sign up.

I held onto my landline for the longest time because my mother--who had a form of dementia--knew my phone number through muscle memory, and could dial it if she needed anything. I also use it because I run the box office for the local chamber music society, and use it as a separate business phone.
Now that my mother's passed, and there are no concerts because of the pandemic, I'm strongly thinking about getting rid of it. All I get are these sh*tty calls.

I got a call from myself once. I still don't know where I really am now.
