Do people waving at me from a car with darkly tinted windows really think I can tell what they are trying to communicate?

I think you know what they're trying to communicate.

My wife bought two corn stalks to decorate our front porch with. We planted 60 million seeds of corn this year and she still went and bout two. lol I don't care, I just think it's funny.

I don't know about that, but I will say their burgers don't taste like burgers or kings.

When people wave you to go out of turn at a four way stop, do you think they really don't know how to handle the situation, or are just being polite?
I think they are finishing whatever text they are in the middle of sending.

Important tip. When approaching a two lane drive through, quickly scan for children. The one with more kids is ALWAYS the slowest.

You're welcome.

This is like the paradoxical corollary to my "always choose the supermarket checkout line with the fewest old people in it" theory.

Marge and Apu arrive at the Express Lane, which is strictly "1000 Items Or Less".

APU
Look, Mrs. Simpson, the express line is the fastest line not always. That old man up front, he is staved for attention, he will talk the cashier's head off.

The old man is Grampa Simpson.

GRAMPA
Ah, there's an interesting story behind this nickel. In 1957 I remember it was. I got up in the morning and made myself a piece of toast. I set the toaster to three - medium brown.

APU
Let's cut to... that line.

MARGE
But that's the longest!

APU
Yes, but look: all pathetic single men. Only cash, no chit-chat.

They move through the line quickly. Marge sighs with satisfaction.
