ELO Strange Magic and the sign language for sleep saved me. Any other song perceived as being "night night" elicits screaming, but ELO has the touch. Saying "night night" elicits screaming but baby Einstein teaches her the sign for sleep, and we're good to go. Baby's are weird. Mine are 23 and 9 months by the way and the wife wants another one. Neither of our kids were particularly good sleepers. The first one was terrible, and just when he started sleeping well I went on third shift. Couldn't have put me on 3rd when he wasn't sleeping at night, had to do it when he was sleeping but being a terror through the day. 3rd shift with little kids is the worst.
