Approaching 20 pages of passive aggressive pissing back and forth and absolutely nothing accomplished. A complete waste of time for everyone involved.

I don't know that much about football, but it seems like a QB who's able to run, pivot, twist, etc... is preferable to one who can merely walk or stand up.

So which one of your arguing points are you going to stick with?

All of them.
So he's not really hurt? Or is he hurt but not badly enough to not play? Or is he hurt too badly to play but should have at least been helping his teammates on the sidelines? Or is it that he used to be a Bronco, requested a trade which made you not like him and now you will say anything to make the tinfoil hat fit?

I find socnorb's justifications fascinating and amusing, so there's that.

Don't most threads end up like this?

I'm going to go ahead and give Cutler the benefit of the doubt. Now tell me, which of you naïfs believes that the linemen could see his knee wobble?

Ludicrous.

Considering that Bear linemen spend a lot of time turned around looking at the d-lineman who just blew past him to get to Cutler, it's entirely plausible.

I think he was hurt. Possibly badly enough to not be able to play (I don't think any of us can conclude that for certain). I think the entire situation was handly in an odd way (by the trainers, coaches, Cutler), so I understand why people are questioning it.

You can spew sarcasm about me being Broncos fan and tin hats and blah blah blah if it makes you feel important. But if you turn on the television for ten minutes or browse the internet a bit, you'll see that this stuff isn't coming only from Broncos fans. There's pretty much not a single person that has an ounce of respect for Cutler...... that's fairly obviuos. Maybe you're going to give me credit for turning the entire universe against poor ol' Jay.

I'm just happy that we're allowed to criticize the decision now and not just take their word for it because they're the pros doing their jobs.

beware of the masssive spin doctoring in the NFL. They are experts at it. I will not believe anyone from any team on anything. They are experts at using the media for their own gains
