The gas station bathroom scene was one of the most emotionally gripping moments on TV ever.
I have to say, if it's not the teacher, they're going way too far out of their way to set him or his wife up as a red herring.

It's the cop's fiancee.

What about the Mayoral candidate, why is he still being profiled if he's not more involved than, it's his campaign's car that was stolen?

He's still being profiled because Ahmed has ties to his program.

My theory is that the girl was whacked because of the the dad's debts to the mob. Perhaps Muhammad is this hitman?

He's being profiled simply because his campaign car was used. It's a loose end that hasn't been tied up yet. I rule him out because of his own wife's death -- makes no sense to the character.

Also, the show is profiling the race as another layer with the homicide, the parents' response, the partner's quirky behavior, and the engagement drama.

One of the worst two or three seasons of Survivor wraps up tonight. I hate Rob but he has to win. Everyone else was too content to win second place except for Phillip, who is loco.

For the first time in four seasons, Rob has finally won me over. I love how dedicated he was to win for his family, and while I don't know how he did it, he literally had everyone in the game eating out of his hand and no one ever came close to questioning him or trying to oust him. I figured his tribe would treat him the same way the Zapatera treated Russell, but for some reason they didn't. Rob really just played an absolutely perfect game.

I loved how Phil got a vote because one of the jury members felt sorry for him. Otherwise we would have (and should have) had our first unanimous vote (right, or am I forgetting one of the previous seasons' result?).
It was a pretty boring season, especially considering how obvious the outcome of this season was from episode 5 or 6 on. Phillip's bat-guano crazy antics and the hope that one of the "Redempted" players could come back and win kept me tuned in.

It really was a gift-wrapped season for Rob. There were a lot more puzzles than usual this season, and he had as brainless of a tribe as I've ever seen. I think there was even one point when Natalie and Ashley were approached by Zapatera about pulling off a blindside, and one of them said something to the effect of "We could really turn this game on its head... but we don't want that."

Grant should've also known he was a target of Rob's; perhaps not at that tribal where he went out, but before the final three. He was the only Ometepe player with a chance of beating him.

But... Rob still took it and kudos to him.

It looks like in the next season of Survivor you can see

Matt and Andrea
as the returning players in some of the clips.
