I don't want to get rid of my hundreds of books, even though I'm unlikely to read most of them again and I really need to make space.

Cuz I'm a place-ist, of course. Who doesn't like to rag on the cultural wasteland that is St Chaz County?

You can't buy property in St. Charles County the same way you can buy it in St. Louis County. There is a house, not far from me that you could buy for $8000. 1200 sq ft with a basement and a garage. In a nice area. It is really [expletive] up.

Is there a listing online anywhere for this? Does it need a ton of work? Seems like it would be easy to make a killing buying this to rent out.
