That was not a very classy comment by Duncan.

How is Carpenter going to explain this comment to his son?

Some of the things that come out of the Cardinals' coaching staff's mouths are unbelievable.

If it's true (which I'd never assume it is), STFU about it and change your signs.

I see quite a few of you are already aware of how a lot of other teams' fans feel about your coaching staff, so kudos on that.

There's no harm in changing their signs just in case, and there's no harm in the reporter reporting on that, and there's no harm in Duncan answering with a vague response to someone askinghim about it.

This is the point I'm making. Nowhere in there are they blaming the loss on this. Yet this is the reaction everyone will have. Immediate rage.

I couldn't give a [expletive] what other teams think of our coaching staff.

If they are stealing signs, change up the signs.
If you don't like being accused of stealing signs, don't steal signs. If you are not stealing signs, what do you care what the Cards coaching staff is saying?

He'll sit him down (maybe with a glass of Bosco), and tell him, patiently but earnestly, that yes, Dave Duncan said that in a newspaper.

I have no idea if a child psychiatrist will need to intervene at that point.
