Game did not disappoint. I'm concerned though the new kickoff's are going to be a real problem for the Rams if they stick with Amendola. You're going to need a lot of speed with King or Norwood to get anywhere past the 25.

4 of us are allowed to pick one team for the season. Whichever team finished with the best record for the regular season is the money-winner.
Right now, I'm leaning toward Green Bay.
So far, so good!

Re: 2011 NFL season
Is it just me or have the kickoff rules been a little overstated? It seems that running in from the shorter yardage gives the kicking team less room to maneuver, which will force some players to over-commit.
A really fast runner like we saw last night can take advantage of half the kicking team being too far down the field to compensate for the catch and run right past them.

Does Fox have a cosistently "soft" picture across the country? I've had Charter and now Dish and just flipped to NBC. The picture quality on NBC is just so much better.

I've got a couple 50" plasmas. The one I'm watching the game on is 1080p. I will say that most networks don't stack up to NBC on picture quality, but Fox looks particularly bad.AdmiralKird wrote:I think Fox is 720p and NBC is 1080i, whats your tv?

Probably compression quality by local affiliate. They may have skimped on their HD Antenna when they upgraded from SD and can't output a really high bandwidth OTA signal, and they probably compress it down for the cable feed too.
