Oh man. I've watched Office through everything. Even though it's just been barely worth for the last couple years at least, IMO.
But Robert California might actually finally kill it for me and put me out of my misery. Pretty funny in the finale last year. But good lord do I hate that character already, a lot.

I just cannot watch Community these days without wondering why everyone loves it so much. It's pretty good, certainly good enough to watch, but I get tired of its Family Guy-with-a-longer-attention-span parody of the week shtick, and when they deviate from that formula we get idiotic premises like competing model UNs.

I love that show. But aside from the Chang/Brita/Lionel Ritchie thing, I thought last night's episode wasn't good. I also have worries about how long it can work--not on television or whatever, I mean for me personally.

Awesome episode of Fringe tonight.

Imagining what your life as you are now would be like had a few things been different growing up is a powerful thing, and seeing it play out right in front of you has to be just...earth-shattering.

Take me there!
I died laughing at this one.

Thursday's episode was great. I'm hoping we see more of Patricia Clarkson/Tammy 1.

So Dexter.
[SHOW]
I thought it was a fairly strong return. The parallels of his own 'belief' struggle and the seasonal arc seems a tad forced, but could offer some real intrigue. I'm actually a fan of Hanks' kid Colin Hanks, and I think the arc/dexter parallel offers some pretty interesting plot points.

Also, I know Quin is the current odds on favorite to figure it out. But after the dinner with the babysitter/sister, I think Angel is the one most likely to put it together if anyone. Quin would have to die, which has been done. Deb's too obvious of an 'accomplice'/sympathizer. Angel would wrestle with it (especially within the context of the arc) and be harder to rope in as an accomplice or kill off as an adversary. Season has potential.

Finally got to watch Breaking Bad
[SHOW]
Okay, so why would Gus know that Jesse would blame Walt for poisoning the kid? For that matter, why the hell did Jesse blame Walt for poisoning the kid? Between that and Gus's ridiculous sixth sense at the end, one of the more disappointing episodes.

He wouldn't, because Gus didn't poison the kid. Walt poisoned the kid. I don't know when he would have had the time to get his cigarettes, grab the ricin and put it back, but I'm guessing that's what happened. Maybe while Jesse was in Mexico. Maybe when Jesse got frisked at Bob Odenkirk, ESQ.

I'm not convinced yet, but it does make some sense, read this elsewhere that puts it in a nutshell.

Helps explain the spidey-sense thing too:
In a foreboding scene earlier in the episode, Walt sits around his pool spinning his gun. As he spins it, twice the gun points at at him. But on the third spin, it points outward and Walt has this look of determination on his face. At this point the question has to be asked: Did Walt poison Brock? Not only did Walt disappear after the pool scene in the morning, no one could reach him all day. Why wasn’t he picking up the phone when it was people he knew? Especially Jesse, who at this point was his last hope. Wouldn’t it make more sense for Gus to act the way he did at the hospital, if he had no idea what happened to Brock? He would be in a state of confusion and anger as to why Jesse was not showing up to work. If Gus did, in fact poison Brock, he would have expected to have to show up at the hospital, and wouldn’t really feel all that suspicious walking back to his car. Of course, this is speculation. There are multiple things to counter this, like the fact that Jesse had the cigarette in his pocket in the morning. How and where would Walt have grabbed it? But see, this is why Breaking Bad is so brilliant. The fact that we could even entertain the idea that Walt could do this to Jesse, means all bets are off when it comes to these two men (Gus and Walter) and their fight for survival. If Walt really did pull this off, it would be the smartest—and most vile—thing he has done all season. It would be Walt finally learning the game from Gus, thinking two steps ahead.

If it was Walt (Which I also considered just because the alternative explanation makes zero sense, again it was idiotic. Neither of these guys should be poisoning the kid to pin it on the other because it requires the crazy leaps in logic that only exist in TV land to manipulate Jesse that way.
