Me too... end of the month and we're behind on deliveries. I have to force myself to focus.Fat Strat wrote:I have a ton to do today, and I really can't think about anything except this game. I'm still completely wired from last night. Unbelievable.
And to think we have Carpenter going today. Just amazing. Can't even think strategy at all. Not going to think strategy. Just going to watch it an enjoy it.

I'm looking forward to tonight's baseball contest and am pleased that Game 6 reached my preferred conclusion.

between the regular season and post season, Carp is now at 267.1 IP
Pretty incredible, with a 6 inning performance tonight he would be at 273.1 IP

I'm just trying to get this to 500 replies before 7:05.

Jay or Skip?
Holliday or Craig?
That seems to be the only questions right now. No way Theriot starts with Carp on mound, right?
Batting order will certainly change, and it all depends on those two questions above. Will Freese move up over Berkman?

I'd be surprised if it doesn't. This thread will break all records.Leroy wrote:I'm just trying to get this to 500 replies before 7:05.

I think Berkman goes back to 5th with the lefty starting. If Craig gets the start you could see him 4th. I like Freese 6th, honestly; though I suppose Craig/Freese are interchangeable in that situation.BW23 wrote:Jay or Skip?

I know Holliday is playing hurt, but I'd still rather have him out there and Craig as a PH weapon. I don't know why, but I have a lot more faith in Craig's PHing ability than Holliday's.
My guess?
Furcal
Skip (CF)
Pujols
Holliday
Berkman
Freese
Yadi
Punto
I think you could see Tony PH for Punto tonight if the situation called for it and then put Theriot out there at 2B.

I don't often choose a game seven starter, but when I do, I choose Carpenter.
