I have two end of the semester term papers due, one is 8 pages, while the other is 20. I'm to distracted with all this crap that I can't do them.

This post pretty much sums up everything nicely.

What was his reply?
I heard he refused to eat at Michael's resturaunt any more.

I absolutely agree and there isn't much to do about it. It's just the way things are. I was hoping Pujols would buck the trend, but it didn't happen.

Another way to look at at, aside from the millions of dollars - Pujols gets a 50% raise. I bet the majority here would take that deal.

Word on the streets is he took less money to move out to Anaheim, just so he can continue to tear the Astros up.

What if your current boss was also offering a 30% raise and you didn't have to move...

Yep. I'm definitely not mad at Mo or DeWitt. I can't be mad at Pujols for not turning down $250+ mil. That's a ton of cash. I'm just disappointed in him. I thought we could have made this a life long relationship. He determined the money/respect is more important. What ever, that's his prerogative. It's just business to him. We shouldn't be surprised. That's all that sports are anymore. It's one huge business.

I could be wrong, but my guess is Albert has a great year as usual. People always talk about the after contract let down, but I don't think he's wired that way. If he was, he would have had his best year this year.
