Anyone else noticed that blackouts aren't affecting phone apps this season?

Aside from one nationally televised game, I haven't been blacked out of a single game this year when using my phone with Cubs or Reds games, yet on everything else the blackout message comes right up - Xbox, AppleTV, computer.

You gotta pay for the app, no?

BTW I have a kegerator this summer. Just sayin...
