I have had several women patients who wanted breast augmentation who asked my opinion before they had it done, and I usually told them it was their personal choice but they were attractive without it (it's hard to discuss that without seeming to be flirting). I think every one went ahead with surgery. Of those who had really low self esteem, the surgery did not cure that. For those who needed a confidence boost or just wanted to feel more attractive, it seemed to work.

I guess that's what I mean? How many response hear have said "I don't like girls with small boobs"? None. How many have said they prefer real to fake? At least half. So I think (not to get too meta) the perception of men is they prefer larger, when they don't. Why else would women get an augmentation?

My ex wife was extremely self conscious about her small breasts, so when she had the money she had them done - against my protests. Another ex girlfriend did the exact same thing. Both of them loved the new ones, I was happy either way.

What happens with women who are self conscious about their vaginal area?

they're great. It's definitely a different feel, but not necessarily a bad thing. All things equal, the real thing is better, but all things are rarely equal. Most 115 lb girls with cartoon boobs had surgery.

I think a lot of guys that say they don't find it attractive are lying, but then again boobs are my kryptonite. To my own detriment, I've been known to hyperfocus on that particular attribute, especially when I'm drunk.

I will say, the confidence a breast augmentation can give a girl who was previously self-conscious about them is sexier than the implants themselves.
Who are these girls that are self conscious and get a confidence boost from implants. Confidence in what way?
In having bigger boobs.

I haven't seen them but according to various women that I know, there are women with bad, not small, boobs who have benefited from after market jobs.

I repeat, these are women. And not girls who worked at Hooters. Grown ups.
