Yeah, it's a combination of pecota, zips, cairo, etc with played games taken into account and a small team strength adjustment. So wherever they were initially projected. He hasn't made any roster or PT adjustments.

The Red Sox projection looks about right to me. And I'd love it if the Braves won the NL East.
