That NSBB thread is comedic gold.
And here's the
Lone Star Ball version of Game 6, ninth inning onwards. Not nearly as entertaining since they're not as bitter as Cubs fans.

Not quite the history he had in mind...

Unbelieveable how superstitious those LSB fans were.

Here's a direct youtube link since "expletives" are getting in the way. Great video!

The article Vidor linked is a good read. To get there, substitute pitchers-hit-eigth without the hyphens for the 2 [expletives] that they turn into.
This video darn near brought tears to my eyes

That little bit of Jack Buck at the end was absolutely perfect. Every time I watch Game 6 stuff, I still have trouble believing it actually happened.

And here I find myself on a slow night at work, compelled to punch up the audio feed for Game 6 again. I don't know how long it will be available at mlb.com.
I always find myself listening to the Ranger broadcast. That Eric Nadel sure can call a ball game.
"Buckle your seat belts, Rangers fans; we're going to the bottom of the ninth."

And I'm taking it to get framed tomorrow. The guy that frames it can die cut words into the matting. I can't decide what to get.
2011 World Champs
That's a Winner
11 in 11 (don't really want to do this one)
2011 World Series (on top) Game 6 (on bottom)

Any other suggestions?
very cool. That will be my Father's day gift.
Where would I purchase such a picture? And how many goats would it cost me?
Not sure if he got back to you or not, but here's the info. Btw, they're $47 (which includes shipping).

Mine was delivered last week. It's a beauty.
What frame did you decide on, Team?

It's still at the framers, I should be getting it back next week. I'll post pics when it comes in.
Funny that this thread came back up because as I laid in bed last night I hopped on YouTube and started watching highlights from Game 6 again. I don't think that stuff will ever get old.
