Except in Mayweather's case public opinion was already that way well beforehand.
Just cause he's black means he can't be a douche bag?
He's a pretty awful human being, white, black, red or purple. Burning hundred dollar bills? What 6 assualt cases in the last 18 months?
Not sure what you are saying. I agree that Mayweather seems to be a real a-hole. And I stick by my statement based on watching the fight with 20 guys, most of whom are black and based on the tweets that followed.

All I was saying was the majority of fans Mayweather had left are black before the fight even started, so the divide in opinion on his fight isn't surprising. OJ and Vick were widely popular prior to their incidents.

And I'm not saying he's a POS due to the fight. It was legal. Still unsportsmanlike, but whatever, there's worse that happens in boxing almost weekly. It's Mayweather personally. He's scum. Beating his baby mama. Assaulting a security guard in his neighborhood. On and on.

Boxing needs this to happen.

So Pacquiao just lost a split decision, even though every observer apparently had him up big. I'm going to have to actually watch this when it's available.

Bill Simmons tweeted that Pacquiao also was up big in betting odds until a late surge in bets on Bradley.

Teddy Atlas completely trashed the decision, straight up called it rigged. Some of the comments I've seen had Bradley winning at most one round. I'd really like to see it too if you find a link.

Lots of winners in this scandal, between the late flurry of Bradley bets and everyone involved with the next fight.. They'll sell a [expletive] -ton of subscriptions for the rematch in November.

Even Floyd Mayweather Sr. thinks Pacquiao won. Is there a soul out there that thinks Bradley won? Landed punches; Pac: 253, Bradley: 159.
I don't really care too much about boxing, but this is a pretty interesting story.

It's on HBO again Saturday night. You can watch round by round on Youtube.
After the 11th round, Pac was a 100-1 favorite. Casinos have to be leading the charge for an investigation.
