Long John Silver is the best fast food on the market bar none.

How do you not like the Chesapeake Bay Biscuits? That doesn't seem possible to me.

Did you say "YUCK" real loud once they were back on the plate and make a funny face?

I just don't like biscuits of any kind. And I am a "cheese in moderation" kind of person, do adding cheese to a biscuit doesn't make them more appealing.

Went to the local 5 Star Burger - an uppity burger chain.
On the plus side, they serve a good variety of beers, such as Civil Life Brown. The sweet potato fries, fried pickles were good. A friend's salad looked good.

But the burgers - someone must have dropped a container of salt in there. I asked around our table, and they all concurred. Very strange.

Pretty pricey - the burgers avg $10, and don't come with anything.

I won't penalize it for poor service, being new and all, but could. Bitc-hy barmaid... that is so unneccessary. Why? Workers seemed overmatched by the crowd.

They kind of jam you in there too. This isn't a problem that's unique to 5 star -this happens at that Pi restaurant on the Loop. Weekend crowd. The people waiting to be seated were right on us. None of them the type you wanted on top of you (probably more of Luke's Webster folks ...).

On the good side, they have lots of beers, and they didn't mind us sitting there drinking them - until their 10pm close on a weekend. Yes -10pm.

Any old pub beats this place.

Our uppity burger place actually makes a pretty good burger, and they serve Kwak in the actual Kwak glass. Only place I've been able to find it.

The beer is great but I do hate that [expletive] glass. I can never get the damn back in, it's like a god damned puzzle. You have put that very narrow part of the glass in the opening and I'm like a retard with it.

Had my first experience with a new fine dining establishment today at lunch, Social House. A couple of friends from work were going there for lunch and asked if I wanted to go so I did. I was NOT expecting the waitresses to be wearing nothing but paint from the waist up. Obviously the place was packed and there was not one single female there that wasn't working and topless.

I don't think that place counts as fine dining.
