That fine dining for kids bit reminds me of this little bit of genius from the internet.

After much contemplation I've decided to post this series for jim.

jim, I will be posting a quiz later. American style will be emphasized. I recommend doing well... or else.

In all seriousness, if you see someone perfectly following these dining etiquette guidelines you're most likely in the presence of old money. Service staff in fine dining restaurants are trained to pick up on all this hoo-ha.

Greenville Technical College doesn't sound like a polishing school for old money.

I haven't watched those videos and fine dining etiquette is an antiquated joke, but the easy general rule to remember is that most people are right handed so that's where the drinks go, the garnish, coffee cup handle, the knife etc.

I know when they give you too many forks and spoons and what not to start on the outside and work your way in. And when they give you a bunch of stuff like that it's ok if they take them from you, and in fact that probably is what is supposed to happen.

The Apple is horrible, I haven't liked it since I was in high school. Occasionally well be with a group that decides to eat there and each time I'm more disappointed then the last. I'm amazed people want to go there.
