Might have thought about it being a bad idea before you got it.
A Kansas man charged with first-degree murder is afraid the tattooed mirror-image letters spelling out the word "murder" across his neck might prejudice a jury, so he is asking for a professional tattoo artist to remove or cover it up.

Was disappointed to see this guy deemed not-guilty

So you can go out and get [expletive] - faced beyond comprehension, and whatever you do while you are [expletive] -faced doesn't count?

Hmm. defense attorney crashes his Bentley that midnight

I don't think it doesn't count. That case left me wanting the justice system to get creative. As in you don't have to go to prison but you can never drink again and if there is a whiff of you acting improper around younguns you get time.

Rosenblum? Asshat.

Creative sentencing - perhaps. Jail is not always the best sentence.

But not guilty is just bizarre.
---------------------------------------
To vent some more:
The defense claims the guy was too drunk to realize he was in the wrong room and in bed with a child, but defense claims he's not too drunk to recall he did some "cuddling" with her. You don't need an expert witness for this - it is a fact that drunk men don't cuddle in bed. It's either passing out, or some attempts at other stuff...but cuddling, never. Especially, by single drunk guy.

The police [expletive] up isn't a defense either. The only credible person was the victim, and they took the word of the asshat (nice guy) drunk over the victim.

Asshat jury, asshat drunken child molester, asshat defense attorney. And asshat Ritz-Carlton, while I'm at it.

Sounds like the police blew it pretty badly. And maybe the prosecutor.

yeah, it sure does sound like they screwed up.

Seems like the prosecutor should have said, [expletive] the police and been more forceful with the entire focus on the kid's testimony, which on the crime itself - never changed. Make it the credibility/word of the drunken guy versus the credibility/word of the child. Maybe the prosecutor didn't want to further traumatize the child with a bunch of defense tormenting on her recollections. Maybe I've watched too many courtroom dramas on TV.

Any jury member -surely has had to play musical beds with their kids -due to storms, nightmares or whatnot. It's near impossible to mistake a 75lb kid for an adult. If you are too drunk to be able to tell, but not too drunk to remember " some cuddling"...anyway, hopefully the kid is ok from this, and the guy has been punished plenty financially and via the trial. It's probably too much to hope the defense attorney faces punishment for DWI that night.
