Anyone else find it kind of disingenuous of Doc Rivers to respond to this incident with such outrage and claim he doesn't know if he'll be back next year? The world has known Donald Sterling is a racist POS for decades, you signed his contract, took his money and now you're this paragon of racial integrity making a stand? He was more than happy to sign on with the Clips with more than enough information to know he was taking money from a bad guy. Same goes for every player who signed there as a free agent and is now "offended."

That was my initial reaction too. I thought, "this is news? He's a long time bigot...nothing new here".

It's not just Rivers, it's everyone who knows anything about the guy. His being an all around terrible human being with a specialty in racism is well documented.

I'm surprised at the penalty. And my initial reaction is that it's a little too much. Saying racist things is pretty low on the Sterling racism list. But I guess Silver has his first chance to really put his stamp on it.
