My kid and neighbor's kids were enthralled by snowflakes this AM on way to school. Warmed my heart as I drove by them, or was that the seat warmers.

We're forecast to break the record for longest November streak of temps entirely below freezing. I don't remember what the record is, but we'll probably hit 2 weeks of highs below 32 degrees.

maybe its not that different for people further north of me but it really feels like it just went straight into winter. no slow build.
