Apparently Avalanche Brewing is new since the last time I was out that way.
The Good Lord is telling me something by putting all these breweries by places I would like to visit

Ouray is awesome.
It really is. Have you been to the crazy 'microbrewery' there?

Ouray Brewery? I think there are a couple. I went to Ouray Brewery which was the crazy one. That place is awesome. Pretty tough to beat the view from the roof as far as places with cold beer on tap go.

NOT much of a brewery! It’s a large home brew kit thats he’s trying to sell as a microbrewery. The bartender/owner sits behind the bar on a swing! However he knows nothing about his own brews. We asked what style of hops was used in the Amber and his answer was "not sure, just what ever I had that handy that day". Go back to homebrewing in the garage!!

In getting the band back together mode - I will put this here, to lure HJ back. Not that this looks like fun way to climb a mtn. Amazing feat.

Mountain endurance athlete Kilian Jornet set a new speed record on 20,322-foot Mount McKinley, or Denali, in Alaska, on June 7, 2014. The 26-year-old Catalonian’s ascent and descent took 11 hours and 48 minutes, which was five hours faster than the previous record of 16 hours 46
apparently only took a liter of water, and an energy gel for Denali. insane. Next up, Everest.

I'm surprised we didn't have a thread on those guys that climbed El Capitan. 19 days or whatever? Did they just fill their diapers up during the day and and night strapped themselves in a way they could somehow change them and toss them down the ground?

Has anyone here climbed Long's Peak At RMNP? The family is heading to Col. for vacation this summer and I was thinking about making it a challenge that my son (10 years old) and I can do together.
