Took my daughter hiking out at Weldon Spring. Doused ourselves with repellant and headed out. A half mile in I had a swarm of mosquitoes following me but I trooped on. Another five minutes and I had bites all over, maybe 50-75. Finally bailed out and headed back. It was one of the more unpleasant experiences of my life.
Daughter had no swarm and a couple bites but was amused at my predicament.
