I know they're controlled by Laclede, so not sure if the STL folks have this same frustration.

I need to establish service and I've been on hold for 45 minutes. 3rd time I've tried and had this ridiculous wait. I even drove down to their office in hopes of getting it resolved in person, and they don't do that anymore.

I haaaaated Laclede when I lived in STL. They were the worst.
