The bologna I get has visible fat chunks- like salami- so it fries up even better.

I actually think PBJ's or some refried beans on a tortilla is a decent lunch. I was the one kid in my dorm who loved the food. I really did.stlouie_lipp wrote:wtf is wrong with you people? Go out and get a decent lunch for [expletive]'s sake.

6 person family living on 1 income.
Money goes to feed the kids a good lunch at school first.
Besides, I have lost about 10 lbs and dropped my cholesterol by about 20 points since I don't go out to lunch as much.
I keep telling Stinky she needs to get a job, but she keeps crying about only being 9 years old, slacker.

I'm mad that it took me this long to realize Jim is short for Jim Tomsula, and these are his lifehacks.

It's a stuffed rat. It's been in this office for 20+ years. I don't know the story, I just know when I leave the office I will tell the next occupant that he or she is to never ever take down the rat. Tradition and all. The guy that retired made me swear I wouldn't take it down, and I haven't.go birds wrote:is that a stuffed animal lodged in your desk to prevent the banging sound of a loose panel?

Same with me as far as Pappy's and Southern being so close. I work right at Compton and 40 and have still never been to Southern. I get to Pappy's maybe once or twice a year. I just eat in our cafeteria every day.lukethedrifter wrote:Pappys and Southern are right around the corner from work. But I usually eat a sandwich from home. Today it was fried bologna with avocado.

I think Pappy's is really good or whatever I'm supposed to say, but I'd rather go to any other non-Bandana's BBQ joint in the city.
I get lunch all the time, but I'm off during the day and I live a block from the Tap Room, never have food at home and can get almost anything in the world on my commute driving west from downtown most afternoons.
