And yippee we have another west coast trip in May.
The good news is that for the rest of the season there are only 2 9PM games left and those are in
September.
I like the concept of them as a change of pace, though tend to doze off for the good parts. The early games I don't follow much until the latter innings.
I kind of like them in a way. I'm usually busy early in the evening, so if I am able to watch a couple innings, then it's usually after the starters are gone. With the west coast games, I at least get to watch the starters for a little bit, even if I'm not able to stay up until the end of the game.
Some of them I can't even make it to first pitch! The perfect start time for me would be 6:15 central - I get home about 6 and would be able to grab some food while not missing first pitch. If it's a reasonable game, it's over at 9 which is bed time.
Except for Friday/Saturday nights of course when bedtime gets pushed back to 10:00 on some nights when I'm feeling crazy.
