What's the story with Briles? Is he clear of all ncaa and/or legal violations?

I wouldn't think that there is NCAA jurisdiction. Then again I didn't think NCAA had any jurisdiction with Penn State either.

It's the NCAA; they'll claim jurisdiction even if they officially have none. They have enough power to get away with it.

Considering the NCAA has banned coaches for academic fraud and recruiting violations I'd hope they find a way to punish a guy running a rape factory.

Rain and grass field for ND NC State. Only saw highlights, from what I saw teams looked barely functional. Kind of pathetic, what the conditions did to them. I guess they don't play much football in the slop anymore.

And ND is 2-4. Wowsa.
