There sure are a lot of mattress stores. Money laundering?

I noticed this too. We drove through Wentzville the other day and from the exit on 70 through strip mall hell to 61 there were 5 that I noticed. Does Wentzville really need 5?

Everybody needs to sleep....

Everybody has multiple beds during their life but only one coffin. How many undertakers you got in town? I'd estimate you could support about double (maybe triple?) the number of mattress stores as undertakers.

I saw something where a hot young blonde fitness trainer/nutritionist lost tens of thousands of followers on some social media platform (Instagram or Twitter I think) and as the headline suggested, 'because she did one thing' so I clicked on it figuring she probably said something horrendous. Nope. It turns out this horrible thing that caused people to stop following her was to start posting pictures without makeup and of her just being normal instead of always wearing makeup and looking super hot.

She thinks it is because her followers are only interested in things about the lifestyle she was acting out publicly and thinks that people bailed on her because they don't like the real her. I'm pretty sure that the real reason she lost so many followers is that because all those that left were creepy guys who just wanted to see pictures of the hot chick in tight shorts and sports bras. She's better off without them following her in my opinion.

This morning as I was leaving for work and I had a moment of panic when I saw an email from Ameren UE. I realized that I don't remember paying an electric bill in months and freaked out thinking my power could be shut off at any moment.

Then I opened the email and it was a confirmation for my payment that was due this morning. For months I completely forgot that I finally signed up for autopay and electronic billing. I also don't check my personal email much unless I am expecting something so plenty gets overlooked.

For a few moments, I was pretty sure that I owed Ameren somewhere around $1000 in the next ten minutes to keep my power on though.

I stopped at Worlds Fair Donuts this morning and brought donuts in to work for people. I paid $14.66 for two dozen donuts, one of which was for a friend who wanted to take them camping this weekend.

At lunch this afternoon I paid over $7 for a salad. Sure it was a decent sized salad (put it together from the salad bar at work) but it was about the same price as a dozen donuts from Worlds Fair and nowhere near as awesome.

Eating (somewhat) healthy is way too expensive. Lettuce, cheese, mushrooms and salad dressing should not cost as much or more than a dozen wonderful, fattening donuts.
