Put baking soda in the water - boil the eggs for 10 min - then let sit in the hot water for 10 min. Then cool the egg down - easy peasy pealing....
The cooling is the essential part. Does the soda really make a difference?

All I know, is that when I started putting the baking soda in, the pealing process became a ton easier.

Hard boiled eggs with ranch AND mustard! Hmmmm...

Would you eat them in a box? Would you eat them with a fox?

I definitely would.

That’s overcooking the eggs. You must like green yolks.

1. Cover the eggs in a saucepan with water.
2. Heat the pot on high heat and bring the water to a full rolling boil.
3. Turn off the heat, keep the pan on the hot burner, cover, and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
4. Strain the water from the pan and run cold water over the eggs to cool them quickly and stop them from cooking further.
5. Peel the eggs under a bit of running water.

I stand strong with you on the egg and ranch part.

But, I love mustard.
