I posted this in the minor league section but figured it could also be posted here as well.
I've compiled a database of international amateurs the Cardinals have signed from 2004 through 2018. As you can see there are some holes that still need to be filled in. However, this is the best info I've been able to find after spending several weeks researching. If anyone has any info that could help fill in the gaps that would be appreciative.

The fact there is not a public source that has this information is the reason I undertook the project in compiling this list.
