Also, I take some blame for the loss last night. During the first period I sat to the left of my wife. The second period we had switched and the Blues roared back. Third period, back on the left and they blew the lead. Going into OT I initially sat back down on the left, then thought about it, and told my wife that we had to change seats. That ultimately killed the superstition. You can’t audibly acknowledge it, otherwise it reverses on you.

It is all my fault actually - my washing machine quit last week - the repairman said they won't have the part until tomorrow so, I have not been able to wear my lucky Blues t-shirt - they are undefeated when I wear it, and it has to be freshly laundered.

I told my wife, it was the first thing she needed to wash tomorrow after the machine is fixed since they are scheduled to be there around 12 tomorrow it should give her enough time to get it washed.

In my defense, when I wear the other Blues t-shirt, the one I wore last night they have only lost one game...

As the biggest opponent of replay, I have been looking forward to that one time where it really helps me out. And, I was like....FINALLY!!!!! FINALLY, I'll get the redeeming benefit of it. Nope. [expletive] off, replay.

This is going to go down as one of the most blues things ever.

I don't feel like we've talked enough about how big of prick Brad Marchand is, and that I hope either a.) the Bruins blow their 3-0 series lead, b.) Marchand gets Dunn'ed tonight, or c.) both.

Anyway, back to the Blues. Because I'm a glutton for punishment, I went back and watched the game tying goal with a minute left. Woof. What a bad defensive play. For some reason they swapped Petro and Jay-bo's L-R alignment on the faceoff, and I have no clue what Ro'R was doing while Couture camped out in front of Binnington.
