Is this a good time to mention yet again how much I hate the delay-of-game penalty for a puck over the boards? Please NHL change this stupid rule in the offseason. Make it the same as an icing—faceoff in the defensive zone, cannot change players on the ice. Easy.

Agreed. Such a frustrating call when it happens. And, for the record, I complained about it when Boston had theirs first.
