There is zero work getting done around the office today. People are at their desks trying to look like they are working but they aren't. Everybody is on IM discussing the game tonight or talking to the people who sit near them about the game.

So of course I have a meeting with my boss from 2-3:30 (two meetings back to back actually) and I'm going to be completely unprepared for them. He is going to be in workshops the next week or two and then out of the country on vacation for two weeks after that so we have to make sure the next month is planned out basically. I am NOT able to focus on that and it's only going to get worse for me as the day goes on.

Thomas and Bortuzzo are scratches for tonight. I think I'd be going with Thomas over Blais if his wrist is good, but maybe Berube favors 100% health and Blais' heavier game over Thomas' edge in skill.

Edmundson vs. Bortuzzo - meh. Not a big fan of either. I could see Bortuzzo doing something really dumb and taking a 5 minute major in this game, so I guess I'll take Edmundson.

People have already cleared out of the office today so they can get to where they are going to watch the game tonight. All of the talk has been about the Blues. I don't check Facebook much but I have been on there checking things a bit the past few days and all of the talk from my friends are about the Blues. This has been such a great run that even if they lose tonight, I won't be terribly upset. That being said, I WANT A WIN!!!!!

I would be right there with you about not being upset if the Blues don't win tonight. BUT... it's fvcking Boston. If it were any other Eastern Conference team (OK, maybe not the Red Wings, either, but they sucked this year)...like Tampa or Carolina, I'd be pretty content to say "We gave it a good run. Next time it's ours." But with it being FVCKING BOSTON, I want to win this sooooo GD bad. Screw them, screw their fans, screw Marchand, screw the Patriots, screw Brady and Belicheck, screw the fvcking bloody sock, screw David Ortiz's .750 batting average in series against us. Screw that GD movie they filmed on the field at Busch in 04. Screw Drew Barrymore and Jimmy Fallon. Screw Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. Screw their GD accents. Screw Bobby FVCKING Orr and his stupid a$$ diving goal. Screw ALL OF THEM. LETS GO BLUES.
