Re: Random Baseball Musings
I heard an interview with John Sciambi. Mostly sounded like a hardcore baseball fan. But he times the gap between balls in play. He did a game this year with a 27 minute stretch with no ball in play.
There's no way to say this without sounding like a curmudgeon. But that sucks. Baseball is crappier right now.

Did somebody actually die? I know the game is extremely slow these days but 27 minutes is a really long time. I don't think I've ever seen anything like that without a rain delay or something similar.BottenFieldofDreams wrote:I heard an interview with John Sciambi. Oops. No ball in play. I was thinking no pitches even thrown. I'll see myself out now.Radbird wrote:Ks, BBs, HBPs, foul balls, pitching changes, injury delays?tlombard wrote:Did somebody actually die?
