Aaron Sorkin is so bloody awful. I never watched Studio 60, but it was a serious drama about an SNL type sketch show.

Just finished the first season last night. It's pretty good, definitely better than average but doesn't blow you away. The ending to the season was pretty awesome though.InvincibleCakeEater wrote:I’m a couple episodes in and enjoying The Boys.

6 episodes in to Mindhunter on Netflix. Pretty good to this point. Really like the 3 main characters.

Finally got around to watching Dark on Netflix and it's really good so far. Tonally it reminds me of that French show "The Returned" which is also on Netflix and I highly recommend, and plot-wise it's like Lost if they had cared to get into more detail on some of the weirder aspects of the island. I'm almost to the end of the first season.
It's a German show. Netflix defaults to the dubbed English dialogue track, but I'd suggest switching to the subtitles if you don't mind that sort of thing.

The first episode of Undone is a little funny but kind of lame. The animation doesn't serve any purpose and the existential stuff feels high school junior English paper. But it comes to life in the second episode, and seems really promising. I very nearly didn't watch the second episode.
It's from the Bojack guy.

anyone watch Bloodline on Netflix?
The acting is somewhat hokey at times, but i'll be damned if it hasn't reeled me in. Very entertaining series.

I wasn't ready to see Coach Taylor as a bad guy.go birds wrote:anyone watch Bloodline on Netflix?

But the guy who plays the black sheep brother was fantastic.

The Righteous Gemstones is great, and I generally enjoy Danny McBride stuff, but this show seems like it would be better if someone else was playing his role.
