I was wondering why nobody was using those tooghostrunner wrote: ↑August 1 20, 11:34 amI mean going out on the lake isn’t the problem. It’s that room they’re in. Likewise the dugout to a lesser extent. And who knows what other room sharing is going on. They flew in a plane.
Someone should ask why they’re not bothering to use the tents they went to the trouble of adding in the stands.

There is no way that the NFL is going to be able to pull off a season if MLB with half the roster size and half the support staff can't figure out how not to be idiots.

NFL has fewer games but they have more players per team. And those players are in close contact during practices all week leading up to games. Hard to say if that means if they will have a better or worse situation than MLB. Part of it depends how dumb their players are.Felix The Cat wrote: ↑July 31 20, 9:24 amThe only advantage the NFL has over the MLB in this situation is fewer games. So you can hopefully catch more cases before game time to maybe limit spread during games. But that's probably balanced out by the fact there's far more close contact. And testing is never perfect so asymptomatic cases that are just starting will assuredly be missed.AWvsCBsteeeerike3 wrote: ↑July 31 20, 8:44 amThey look mighty inept compared to mls and the nba thus far.
I wonder if the NFL is taking notes. Their situation is going to be much harder.
Biggest things going for the NBA and MLS are the length (remaining) in their seasons and smaller roster sizes. I can't imagine how you can convince so many young men to abide by the bubble for 4, 5 months. Only takes one dumbass who thinks he's invincible to knock down the house of cards.
