Epic. There are going to be spoilers all over the internet if you haven't seen the last scene of the new episode.

I got got by a headline about a Gates McFadden interview. I was doing so good avoiding spoilers and they just put it right in the tweet a day after it aired. Unacceptable by @trekmovie on twitter. I follow them for images of obscure guest stars on their birthday to remember some guys, not to get spoiled by canon-altering headlines.

As exciting as the last scene was, it was difficult to not see it 3-4 episodes away. Also my inner 12 year old immediately thought,

Also was surprisingly overjoyed by,

I'm glad they added the rogue changeling plot because yet another Picard / Borg plotline would be dull and predictable without it. Having said that, it is a bit old hat to just combine the best two thriller plot lines from TNG (Conspiracy & best of both worlds) to create the plot for this season. I'm enjoying it, but something new would have also been great.


Also, I'm glad that they made Worf likable because he has really walked the line. They're getting the best out of that character in this season.
