The slowness should be resolved. An ip address tied to alibaba was hitting the site with so much traffic that we were borderline DDOSed. The web host was able to ban traffic from the address and the site speed immediately jumped back.

If you use alibaba for searching GRB this may impact your results though.

The diagnosis is kind of fascinating. I assume this is related to some kind of scam, but what exactly would the scam be? Or maybe alibaba operates some kind of glitchy bots?
