Mike Tomlin steps down. The Steelers are looking for a head coach for only the 3rd time since the merger.

Look at how many head coaches the Cardinals have had since they moved to Arizona:

Sunday, January 18
Patriots 28, Texans 16
Rams 20, Bears 17 (OT)

Conference Championships - January 25
Patriots at Broncos
Rams at Seahawks

The Seahawks are one game away from the Super Bowl and I don’t even care. I didn’t watch either of the Seahawks’ Super Bowl appearances (their loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XL in 2006 or their victory over the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl XLVIII in 2014, all of which I had to look up on Wikipedia). Everyone around me is stoked to the gills with Seahawks fever and I lost interest when Aaron Rodgers was eliminated.

Super Bowl LX will be a rematch of Super Bowl XLIX, in which the Patriots defeated the Seahawks 28-24.

I think you meant to say that Pete Carroll defeated the Seahawks, by calling for a pass play over the middle on 2nd and goal from the 1, with 26 seconds and a timeout remaining.

Possibly the worst play call in Super Bowl history.

I am relieved that I don't have to watch a Pats/Rams rematch, at least.

Go Seattle!

I was wearing my Packers jacket when the deacon at my church asked me after Mass if I would be watching the Super Bowl. I responded, “Not my team.” He seemed surprised. Actually I usually don’t watch the Super Bowl, for all the hype, the game itself is often not that interesting. I will post the final score and that will be my final post in this thread. Let baseball begin!
