I would make Thomas the captain and not even think twice about it. On the ice, he has the prefect demeanor you want from a captain. Maybe he just isn’t as vocal as you want in the locker room.

Without a captain, who will steer the ship?

Makar signs an 8 year extension to stay in Colorado for, wait for it, $20.4m/yr. That’s Robert Thomas money more than McKinnon.

Hockey salaries are blowing the fork up. I mean it’s the best Dman in the world and he’s 27, but whew!

Geez sign our kids before they get too good lol.

Heh. Colorado is going to be in dire straights in a few years. It's going to be hella old MacKinnon, hella old Makar and some scrubs.

Basically the Penguins of the last 5+ years (hella old Crosby, Malkin, and Letang, now saddled with Karlsson's contract just for fun). Have not made it past the first round of the playoffs since 2018.

I would actually like to see Sid the Kid go on one more deep run.

The Avs on the other hand.... They can FVCK alllllll the way off into eternity.

Blues game streaming will be available on Prime.

I still have Spectrum. Hoping I won't have to pay for the season package on Prime. SMH

Looks like out of market remains the same

For local it shows 19 a month or 99 for the season, but doesn’t say if you already have prime if it’s included?

If I'm making sense of what is posted on NHL.com's pages, for out-of-market your options are NHL Center Ice or ESPN+. I think Prime is only for in-market.

Which kinda sucks for being in-market - $99 per year, vs. ESPN+ being essentially included in any sort of Hulu/Disney+ bundle as a cheap throw-in. I'm guessing that it will not be free if you already have Prime.
