Trade offer

I've been offered Papelbon for Harden in 5x5 Head to Head league.

My other starters are:

Johan
Haren
Hill
Escobar
Olsen
Millwood
D. Wells
D. Davis.

I have two closers, Rivera and Saito. Should I do it?

I wouldn't. You've got some really good starters, Harden is a huge injury risk, and Papelbon is probably the best closer in fantasy baseball.

Saito and Rivera are getting old, and I'm leery of an injury there.

So you're saying you would, because I'd be giving up Harden and gaining Papelbon.

Done. Harden's been kind of a pet project for me over the years, but obviously lots of disappointment. I like the flexibility that Rivera, Papelbon, and Saito give me (and they all play for good teams).

whoever is playing the weaker team/pitcher. after the start of the year, make your choices based on performance.

In general, Kent is on the decline and Kinsler is in his prime (hopefully, as I have him on a team). I would start Kent when Kinsler is on the road, until Kinsler proves he can hit away from Arlington (he hit .256/.318/.355 in away games in a pretty small sample size).

I'm having buyer's remorse about my decision to trade Harden. It was a fair trade; Papelbon's a stud, but Harden's a true ace when healthy (1.50 ERA through 12 IP).
