Feels like a lot of turnover but only 2 new first-time Cards

On the opening day roster, only

Kip Wells
Ryan Franklin

are first time Cardinals
Returning former Cardinals are:

Adam Kennedy
Russ Springer

That's only 4 new faces. It seems like more I think because of the new faces in the rotation.

But all in all, this might be a lot less turnover than normal. How many first time Cardinals were on last year's opening day roster?

Bennet, Miles, Encarnacion, Spiezio, Ponson, Hancock, Looper that I can think of.

I wouldn't have gotten as many as you off the top of my head. I looked at the list of stats.

That's because you were MIA from GRB for too long. Now we have to infuse you with Cards info in a mere eight hours. That's a tall task.
