Steinbrenner will do what he did in 1978, when the Yankees were similarly decimated with injuries.

He called in the trainers in July and told them, "these injuries have to cease. Now. One more and it's see-ya."

The trainers made a huge "P" (for "probation") on the locker room mirror and - for whatever reason - the injuries stopped.

Steinbrenner isnt going to be doing much of anything. I think the future isnt looking to good for him physically and he has been kept away from the media for a reason.
