What does anyone know about Kelly Johnson?

I was offered Johnson and King Felix for Utley, but I turned it down - partly for fear of Felix reinjuring himself. However, my pitching kind of sucks right now and I'm way out in front for HR and R. So, I was considering offering Utley for Johnson and Peavy. But I can't seem to be able to learn very much about Johnson to form an opinion about him. Looks like he spent all of last year in the minors after a disappointing taste of the bigs in 2005. But he appears to be holding his own this year.

Even if he doesn't pan out, there are other 2B out there to pick up. And if I can get Peavy, then if Johnson bats .275 with a few HR and SB then great.

Is this thinking flawed?

So, what do you think about him?

Edit: I'm already having second thoughts about considering the trade just because it would leave me so vulnerable at a position that is currently solid. Now I'm thinking about offering Adrian Gonzalez for Felix.

I've got Johnson and he's been pretty good. He'll get a steal a week. Lots of runs and he had a great average, that has been dropping latelym but the runs have remained. Hitting leadoff for the hot Braves doesn't hurt. Utley is a steep price to pay. Johnson is young, younger than Utley by a few years. Utley is obviously the better player, but the package is definetly intriguing.
If I needed K's I'd do it. That really King Felix's advantage. If I was set in K's I'd probably pass.

I'm last in the league in K's.

I'll try plan B (Gonzalez for Felix) first since I have a glut of 1b (I already had Cuddyer to provide a 1B back up). The guy who has both Felix and Peavy is first in the league already and kind of jerk, so I'm reluctant to give him too much.

I think I'll only give up Utley if i can get Peavy in return.
