You're right, he is. But look at what Justin Upton is doing. Since getting the call to AA he's hit .380/.432/.785 in 79 at bats. After a mediocre start last year, he's absolutely mashing now.
I thought it was pretty irresponsible a couple seasons ago for BA to rate him as the 2nd best prospect in baseball before he ever played a single game in the minor leagues, but he's living up to it now.
