Does Stavinoha have a chance to contribute to the big league team in the next couple of the years? If so, will he ever be more than a bench player?

I think he might even make it as a bench player next year. As far as being an everyday starter probably unlikely.

To add to this he is 24-55 against left handers .436BA

Based on his MiLB numbers, he is no better than John Gall.
Gall put up an .840 OPS at Memphis at age 26 with a 12% K rate. So far, Stavinoha has a .752 OPS with a 16% K rate at age 25.
Hopefully Stavinoha can improve as a hitter and contribute at the ML level.
